What you will do
- Define success metrics and lead indicators for recruiting and HR systems enabling weekly iteration.
- Design measurement and experimentation frameworks using holdouts, staged rollouts, and quasi-experimental methods.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to instrument, evaluate, and monitor product launches for observability and incremental value.
- Translate behavioral and model-driven signals into decisions on scaling, intervention, and resource allocation.
- Build repeatable decision loops converting analysis into shipped changes.
Requirements
- Location: Based in San Francisco, United States
- 10+ years in quantitative roles such as Data Science or Decision Science, preferably in product-led companies.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics in always-on environments.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, handling complex behavioral data.
- Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable product decisions.
- English: C1 level or higher required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with large language models and AI-assisted operations platforms.
- Experience with operational automation and decision systems like routing and prioritization.
- Experience in early-stage or rapidly evolving environments building measurement frameworks from scratch.
