What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise decisioning charter, operating model, and strategic KPIs.
• Govern the enterprise roadmap for the decision engine in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Technology.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for the architecture, build, and lifecycle management of real-time decision systems.
• Lead teams in translating enterprise goals into eligibility schemas, fairness constraints, and optimization frameworks.
• Establish standards for experimentation, including A/B testing, bandit approaches, and model rollout.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Decision Science and Technical Product Management professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in decision science, applied data science, or optimization fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading managers or senior practitioners.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Proven leadership in the design and governance of enterprise-scale real-time decisioning systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for technical guidance and review.
