What you will do

• Drive the roadmap and lifecycle for foundational AI agentic capabilities and complex use cases within the Data Analytics and AI org.
• Lead the Customer Zero strategy by collaborating internally to transform workflows into scalable AI-native systems.
• Translate internal AI breakthroughs into product requirements to accelerate hirify.global’s AI platform roadmap.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to bring emerging AI capabilities to early enterprise customers and capture insights.
• Operationalize AI workflows from experimentation to production, ensuring durable and scalable platforms.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align internal AI strategy with broader product direction.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, and frontier AI technologies like LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep expertise in data analytics, modern data stack, data governance, and security at scale.
• Proven track record of shipping cloud and AI products from R&D to scalable production systems.
• Strategic mindset with ability to work with executive stakeholders and design scalable enablement frameworks.
