What you will do

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery milestones, dependencies, and third-party contributions across the digital portfolio.
• Support product roadmap planning and forecasting alongside Product Owners.
• Coordinate risk and issue management, ensuring effective governance oversight across all change activity.
• Lead financial tracking and budget management, including forecasting, reconciliation, and supplier invoice validation.
• Liaise with teams across Digital, Finance, PMO, and Service Transition to enable smooth governance, readiness, and business case development.
• Coordinate business readiness and ensure operational support models, policies, and release governance requirements are met before go‑live.

Requirements

• Experience in delivery management, project management, or PMO roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, track progress, and manage multiple streams of work across a broad stakeholder landscape.
• Confidence in managing risks, issues, and governance reporting within structured frameworks.
• Strong financial awareness, including managing budgets, forecasting, and working with third‑party suppliers.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach, able to influence and motivate others at all levels.
