What you will do

• Drive project governance and execution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and risk mitigation.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Support testing phases including UAT and coordinate release schedules and cutover activities.
• Facilitate change management and adoption efforts post-deployment.
• Monitor project progress against business requirements and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona or nearby due to hybrid work model
• 5+ years managing IT projects/programs with global stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ implementation projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
