Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead identity architecture and implementation workstreams from discovery through delivery, focusing on Microsoft identity solutions.
• Design and deliver modern authentication and federation capabilities including SSO, MFA, and passwordless.
• Lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) deliverables such as lifecycle processes and access request workflows.
• Design access control models applying RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC methodologies.
• Provide client-facing technical leadership including requirements gathering, design reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Must have strong Microsoft identity architecture and implementation experience, especially Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on IGA knowledge and delivery experience in client environments.
• Strong understanding of access control methodologies: RBAC, ABAC, PBAC.
• Expertise in modern authentication: SSO, MFA, passwordless.
• Proven ability to lead implementation with planning, execution oversight, and delivery ownership.
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting skills with clear communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with other IAM platforms such as Okta.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience.
• Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) to support identity integrations.
