What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Design modular, reusable UI components aligned with the hirify.global Design System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and wireframes into production-ready code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and optimize frontend performance.
• Implement and optimize API integrations with Node.js, Python, and Java backend microservices.
• Lead UI modernization and enhance frontend observability and resilience using logging and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, United States.
• 5-7 years of frontend development experience with Angular (v19+ preferred) and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of RxJS, state management patterns (NgRx, Akita), and micro-frontends.
• Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve coding speed and quality.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with advanced state management libraries like NgRx.
• Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing tools (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with Salesforce UI integrations (Visualforce, LWC).
• Experience improving frontend performance metrics and monitoring in production.
