Salary: $97,800 to $115,000 to $132,200 CAD.

What you will do

• Champion hirify.global’s human and high-performing culture throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates.
• Conduct market and talent research and adapt sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outcomes; share insights and recommendations with recruiting partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills across various channels.
• Experience engaging passive talent and building relationships.
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to track activity and analyze results.
• A collaborative approach and strong partnership skills.
• Curiosity and interest in continuously improving your sourcing craft, including experimenting with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Experience using Workday ATS and Gem.
