Location: Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary preferred; other locations may be viable in and around major Canadian cities.

Salary: $175,800—$241,800 CAD

What you will do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand Use Case Demand Plans for prioritised customers.
• Lead the Post-Technical Win technical account strategy and investment plan.
• Act as the technical leader for Use Cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, success, and healthy consumption.
• Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status.
• Navigate hirify.global Product and Engineering teams for New Product Innovations and Upgrade needs.
• Provide internal and external KPI reporting on usage and customer health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Technical program or project management experience.
