What you will do

• Design and build continuous deployment infrastructure across Kubernetes clusters and global regions.
• Develop progressive delivery systems including canary releases, staged rollouts, and automated rollback.
• Automate manual operational workflows to improve engineering velocity.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure deployability, observability, and resilience at scale.
• Implement deployment methodologies such as GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and progressive delivery patterns.
• Build AI-assisted or autonomous deployment workflows and systems to evaluate deployment health and trigger safe rollbacks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco or Seattle, United States
• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment systems at scale.
• Experience building or operating continuous deployment platforms.
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Passion for building AI-assisted systems for safe production rollouts.
