What you will do

• Lead global forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Manage group monthly management accounts, executive reporting, and performance reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs, variance, and root causes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes to build an agile and scalable finance function.
• Support investor and external stakeholder requests including Board materials and due diligence.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and senior-level financial analyses.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Madrid or able to work onsite in the office.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• STEM background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
