What you will do

• Architect, design, and develop AI/ML solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Implement traditional ML models and modern AI techniques including LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define scope and success metrics.
• Build robust, scalable AI systems focusing on accuracy, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI.
• Develop model evaluation frameworks assessing performance, bias, and resilience.
• Partner with platform teams to transition prototypes into production and ensure lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico or Brazil without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant technical field with 5-8 years experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong software engineering skills and experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Experience with deep neural networks, model architecture, training, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with autonomous/multi-agent systems and cloud AI deployment.
• Professional proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare with compliance knowledge.
• Strong enthusiasm for solving complex AI problems and continuous learning.
