What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis of DoD cyber workforce policies and governance.
• Support development and revision of DoD directives and formal policy issuances.
• Integrate cyber workforce programs into strategic planning and enterprise implementation.
• Provide subject matter expertise for legislative proposals and DoD CIO recommendations.
• Coordinate policy documents and briefings with DoD stakeholders and legislative affairs.
• Develop briefing materials and analytical reports for senior DoD leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite at Mark Center, Alexandria, VA
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
• Master’s degree in relevant fields such as public policy or cybersecurity policy.
• 12 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or federal workforce policy and cyber workforce strategy.
• Experience analyzing workforce policies, drafting recommendations, and supporting DoD directives.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with executive briefing experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting senior DoD-level organizations like the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
• Experience with congressional or legislative engagement related to workforce or cyber policy.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
