What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s unified data, API, and AI strategy.
• Build a centralized customer data and telemetry platform enabling cross-product insights and intelligent automation.
• Embed AI and ML into core workflows to power personalization and predictive capabilities at scale.
• Architect and scale distributed data systems ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, security, and cost efficiency in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize platform impact.
• Drive platform modernization and reduce technical debt while shaping engineering culture and execution standards.

Requirements

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
• 15+ years of experience building distributed data systems, APIs, and AI platforms.
• Director-level leadership experience scaling global engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in data engineering, telemetry pipelines, and applied AI.
• Experience scaling platforms in high-growth SaaS environments with strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
