Salary: $129,060–$136,620 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and coach agile development teams in implementing Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
• Champion AI adoption and support developers' continuing education and career growth.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage engineering processes ensuring timely, quality delivery within prescribed architecture.
• Track and report on key metrics including velocity, cycle time, and team performance.
• Remove impediments and facilitate cross-team coordination and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Agile Development Manager role or managing people in a software development environment.
• Strong working knowledge of software concepts, applications, and hands-on development experience.
• Experience with building technically integrated products, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software architecture principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Submission of latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information is required to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.

Nice to have

• Advanced agile certifications (CSP, PSM II, SAFe).
• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or technical industries.
• Large-scale platform or enterprise software development background.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and vendor partnerships.
