What you will do

• Create and apply customized Onboarding plans tailored to client needs.
• Teach new French customers about hirify.global via video calls and email until full implementation.
• Bring a consultative approach to ensure a fully customized experience setting up accounts.
• Understand client's problems, needs, and gather their feedback for product improvement.
• Manage the whole Onboarding project, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
• Become an expert, constantly learning about the product and HR processes to help improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• French expert speaker and professional English.
• Project management skills to oversee the onboarding project and communicate with stakeholders.
• Curious, with eagerness to learn about new processes and techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain concepts and answer questions.
• Fast Learner: ability to quickly become an expert on the software.
