Salary: €3,700–€4,500 gross per month + annual bonus

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the SME Commercial Sales team in Estonia.
  • Drive sales performance while ensuring high quality retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer segments and workflows to identify and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of business customer journeys and experience.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Product, Risk management, Claims, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of Baltic-wide solutions within the local organization.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in business administration or finances.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Experience in B2B sales, customer management, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical capability for data-driven decision making.
  • Very good Estonian and good English skills, both spoken and written.
