What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve measurable business outcomes including adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Drive customer success strategy and orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys using AI and automation tools.
- Monitor customer health, risks, and opportunities using CS tools like Gainsight, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales, renewals, and partner teams to maximize customer value and retention.
- Standardize and scale customer success practices across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be located in Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, or Colorado, USA.
- Proven leadership experience managing Customer Success teams and driving outcomes.
- Experience with customer success management and portfolio management.
- University degree in business management or related field.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
