TL;DR

Frontend Tech Lead: Designing and guiding the implementation of scalable frontend architectures for large-scale web solutions with an accent on setting technical standards and ensuring consistent user experience across products. Focus on mentoring team members in technical decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring code quality, performance, and accessibility.

Location: Gdynia, Warszawa, Kraków (elastic hybrid – regular presence in the office, around once a week)

Salary: 1000 - 1400 pln/md B2B

What you will do

• Designing and overseeing the development of modern, scalable frontend applications.
• Defining technical standards and promoting best practices across teams.
• Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting team members in technical and architectural decisions.
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and accessibility of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and modular application design.
• Experience with shared design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
• Knowledge of React Router and state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js (for BFF or frontend tooling).
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments.
