What you will do

• Oversee full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
• Devise sourcing strategies and create job postings, contact universities, and determine advertising resources
• Evaluate applicants and assess language proficiency prior to assessments
• Manage and facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Develop relationships with universities and participate in career fairs and employer presentations
• Support recruitment campaigns, referral drives, and employer branding initiatives
