• Partner with hiring managers to build teams and provide strategic hiring guidance across the APAC region
• Advise on recruiting best practices, candidate experience, and market trends using data
• Lead update meetings, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate offers
• Source and attract candidates through innovative methods and employer branding collaboration
• Ensure a personalized and exceptional candidate journey with continuous touchpoints
• Assess talent against business requirements and company values

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Taguig, Philippines with hybrid work arrangement
• 5+ years recruitment experience focused on APAC region
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience in active sourcing and talent attraction through multiple channels
• High business acumen and data-driven decision making
• Candidate experience focused with quality service and communication
