Network Security Engineer

What you will do

• Operate and maintain vulnerability scanning tools to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities across networks, servers, endpoints, containers, and cloud resources.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers, managing policies, security configurations, and traffic flow.
• Enhance identity and privileged access management, including PAM and secrets management platforms.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with engineering, IT, and business teams to address vulnerabilities within SLAs.
• Support rapid response activities for security events and collaborate with SOC/IR teams.
• Drive tooling selection, automation, and continuous improvement of security operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.
• Up to 2 years of related experience in network security engineering or vulnerability management.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Rapid7 and Wiz.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, IAM, PAM, and security automation.
• Ability to coordinate remediation and communicate risk effectively across teams.
