What you will do

• Lead full programme governance including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
• Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, financials, and executive reporting.
• Drive integrated delivery across operating model design, data ingestion, management, testing, and service operations.
• Coordinate client-side dependencies such as data licensing, metadata, policies, and environment readiness.
• Oversee enterprise risk management and track progress using tools like JIRA and analytics dashboards.
• Plan and lead discovery and design workshops with subject matter experts across data domains.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• 10+ years leading large-scale, multi-stream programs in data, technology, or financial services.
• Expertise in data management including ingestion, validation, governance, mastering, metadata, and lineage.
• Strong experience managing enterprise risks, change control, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to run senior-level governance forums and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with core investment data domains and end-to-end investment data lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience in regulated environments with high expectations for resilience and data quality.
• Prior leadership of multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives.
