What you will do

• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure excellence in project execution and delivery.
• Translate complex tasks into actionable plans and instructions to guide the production team.
• Create and oversee timelines, budgets, production plans, and contracts while maintaining billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Editorial and Creative teams to uphold hirify.global brand standards and aesthetics.
• Track project deadlines to ensure all teams and crews remain informed and aligned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in the creative or media production industry, preferably at a media company or advertising agency.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, music, art, entertainment, and global/regional youth culture.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail.
• Good command of English; proficiency in other APAC region languages is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in China.
