What you will do
- Curate, edit, and sequence imagery aligned with brand standards including cropping, retouching, and color correction.
- Review and research photography sources ensuring rights and usage compliance.
- Manage image rights tracking, licensing compliance, and DAM system integrity.
- Collaborate to improve DAM processes, metadata standards, and photo workflows.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality output.
- Apply knowledge of U.S. real estate markets and explore AI-assisted tools to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- Must have 3–5+ years of photo editing and image research experience with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience managing image rights, licensing, and compliance within DAM systems.
- Strong understanding of U.S.-focused image licensing, copyright law, and usage restrictions.
- Experience in agency or large-scale production environments with ability to manage multiple projects.
