Salary: $207,485—$244,100 USD annually

What you will do

• Bridge central operations and pillar execution by translating requests into actionable initiatives and ensuring delivery fidelity.
• Manage planning cycles, key ceremonies, and maintain roadmap hygiene for the Blockchain Platform pillar.
• Identify and implement process, tooling, and communication improvements to reduce operational overhead.
• Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional partnerships with BizOps, Finance, Data Science, and Security teams.
• Coordinate budget planning activities including headcount allocation, ROI analysis, and incident impact tracking.
• Maintain KPIs, maturity scores, and operational metrics with timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles
• Proven ability to manage planning cadences and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
• Experience in management or operations consulting or strategic operations roles
• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to distill incomplete information into actionable plans
• Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with budget/resource planning and ROI frameworks
• Familiarity with Blockchain Platform focus areas such as Asset & Blockchain Data, Crypto Transactions, RPC Nodes, Staking, Tokenization
• Proficiency with operational tools (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Looker, Google Workspace) and AI tooling (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, LibreChat)

• Program/project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma)
