Fullstack Software Engineer (React Node)

What you will do

• Develop and modernize cloud-based applications using Node.js and React.
• Migrate existing services and APIs from Express.js to NestJS.
• Ensure reliability of AWS-based workflows and microservices.
• Write unit and integration tests including mocking AWS dependencies.
• Work with Git workflows, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland, Latin America, Moldova, or Romania.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including Express.js and/or NestJS.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Solid SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL; MySQL migration experience is a plus.
• Production experience with AWS services such as SQS, S3, DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda.
• Experience writing tests with Jest and working with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NestJS ecosystem tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, TypeORM or Prisma.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Understanding of AWS security best practices including IAM and secrets management.
