What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and build reports and dashboards in Power BI and ServiceNow.
• Analyze data results and communicate findings to business stakeholders in a simple and concise format.
• Collaborate with IT to understand customer support and services data architecture.
• Build end-to-end reporting packages with clear takeaways and actions to drive expected outcomes.
• Research and find solutions for issues related to the reporting environment.

Requirements

• Excellent English Skills: verbal, written, and visual presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in collecting user requirements and translating complex business needs into solutions in Power BI or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated aptitude writing complex SQL statements and understanding logical and physical data modeling.
• 1+ years of industry experience authoring BI report solutions with the Microsoft Power BI platform.
• Ability to work in teams and as an individual contributor with strong consultative and consensus-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, N8N, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience with other BI tools (BusinessObjects/Cognos, Tableau, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience with statistical methodologies and software.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as scrums, development sprints, demos, and sprint reviews.
