What you will do

• Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop complex data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Ensure connectivity between multiple data sources and BI tools.
• Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
• Support KPI analysis and performance management reporting.
• Design BI architecture diagrams and reusable BI templates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal
• 3+ years experience with Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Fluent English (C2) required
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse).
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or predictive modelling.
• Power BI or Microsoft Data Analytics certifications.
