What you will do

• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Looker, ensuring accuracy and clarity for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support senior analysts in translating business questions into SQL queries and data models, progressively taking ownership.
• Maintain and document the LookML codebase, updating fields and flagging inconsistencies.
• Run data quality checks and flag anomalies across key datasets.
• Engage with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, RevOps, and SalesOps to understand reporting needs.
• Prepare data-driven summaries and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a data-related role or internship (BI, data analysis, data science, or similar).
• Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write queries, filter, aggregate, and join tables.
• Exposure to BI or data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort with data manipulation.
• English: B2 level or higher preferred.
• Location: Hybrid work in Budapest.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• Experience with Python, dbt, or version control (GitHub).
