What you will do

• Act as onsite IT support responding to employee requests and incidents.
• Maintain conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment.
• Manage IT assets including device provisioning and tracking.
• Support setup and troubleshooting of AV technology and video conferencing platforms.
• Assist with corporate meetings and events technical support.
• Provide in-person support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Requirements

• Must be located in Singapore and work fully onsite.
• 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Experience with IT ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
• Familiarity with device management tools such as JAMF or Intune.
• Basic understanding of IT security best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
