AWS Cloud Lead

Location: Poland; remote or office work available. International travel is required for customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and strategic engagements.

What you will do

• Lead customer workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to identify business and technical requirements.
• Design AWS architectures and migration strategies for enterprise-scale modernization initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
• Support pre-sales through solution design, effort estimation, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Build relationships with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives while collaborating with AWS teams.
• Mentor architects and engineers and contribute to go-to-market initiatives, solution accelerators, and cloud service offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect, or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong AWS architecture expertise and hands-on experience with cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, assessments, requirements gathering, solution shaping, and pre-sales activities.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, networking, automation, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure modernization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
• AWS certification such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty, Advanced Networking, or equivalent.
