TL;DR

Regional Marketing Coordinator (Marketing): Coordinate and execute multiple monthly field marketing events across industries and venues, supporting demand generation efforts with a focus on research, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management. Focus on managing event execution, tracking leads and expenses, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand and objectives.

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, TX with office presence required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Preference given to candidates based in Austin or willing to relocate unassisted.

What you will do

  • Execute multiple monthly field events including research, budgeting, catering, vendor coordination, onsite logistics, and promotion.
  • Track event activities, leads generated, inventory, shipments, expenses, and vendor management.
  • Research regional marketing events and partnership opportunities to foster relationships and impactful events.
  • Optimize communication and project coordination using marketing tech stack and collaborate on promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align events with brand, budget, and objectives.
  • Participate in marketing and community events managing setup, run of show, breakdown, and restocking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent events experience.
  • 2+ years experience in demand generation or lead generation.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate unassisted to Austin, TX.
  • Experience supporting fast-moving sales teams and managing multiple concurrent events.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Pardot, Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce.

  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product.
