What you will do

• Work with the sales team to generate timely and accurate demand plans for all product categories.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Demand Planning team, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Drive root cause identification and corrective actions at SKU level, challenging the sales forecast to eliminate bias.
• Assist in the development of demand planning & S&OP processes to maximize the robustness of the forecast.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships internally & externally, taking a collaborative approach to forecasting and projects.

Requirements

• Analytical with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good organization skills and ability to communicate effectively as part of a team and with customers.
• 4+ years of demand planning experience in FMCG.
• Experience managing, supporting, and developing a team of direct reports.
• The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business with changing priorities.
• Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
