What you will do

• Input deal assumptions into underwriting models and tailor them by geography and asset type.
• Research market-level assumptions and synthesize findings into structured inputs for the underwriting model.
• Translate underwriting outputs into investor memos and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain deal pipeline documentation and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and drafting tasks.
• Identify when assumptions are off-market and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in US commercial or residential real estate underwriting, acquisitions, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret model outputs.
• Strong written English.
• Solid research skills and high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Technical or engineering background.
