What you will do

• Own SEO growth and performance by driving organic traffic, product registrations, and revenue through effective SEO strategy and execution.
• Lead and develop the SEO team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement.
• Increase AI search visibility to grow traffic from AI-powered search.
• Manage SEO budget to maximize impact and resource allocation.
• Define and deliver on team OKRs aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of SEO experience, including 1+ years in SEO management or leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering organic growth through SEO strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search trends, and AI-driven search technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Leadership mindset with ability to inspire and manage globally distributed teams.
• Ability to prioritize and execute initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
