Location: Hybrid with options for onsite in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote), Klaipėda, and Riga; opportunity to work remotely up to 40 days per year.

Salary: 2400–3500 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals for digital campaigns.
• Manage visual brand execution and write briefs for creative teams including designers and video editors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze ad testing data and competitor ads to inform creative decisions.
• Continuously research new ideas, market trends, and gather target group insights.
• Create compelling copywriting for headlines, call-to-actions, and sales-oriented posts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga with some onsite presence.
• 2-3 years experience in performance creative, copywriting, or related roles.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and innovative ideas.
• Creative and analytical mindset with performance orientation.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian communication skills.
• Curious, creative, and able to influence and tell compelling stories visually and verbally.
