Chief Legal Officer

Our international team includes 1200+ professionals and digital nomads working remotely across 20+ countries in Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Developing and executing the legal strategy of the international holding company
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks across contracts, IP, employment, and litigation
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where the company operates
- Monitoring legislative changes and updating internal policies accordingly
- Protecting the company’s intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Supporting the launch of new legal entities while minimizing legal risks
- Collaborating with finance, compliance, and external legal partners on reporting and regulatory matters
