What you will do

• Analyze user behavior and feature usage to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to prioritize and evaluate feature development based on data.
• Conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of new features or design changes.
• Segment users based on behavior and demographics to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for real-time reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product data analytics, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
• Experience using product analytics platforms such as Amplitude and familiarity with Segment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ARR) and their implications for product strategy.
• Understanding of agile product development processes.
