Salary: $136,000 – $200,000/year plus equity and discretionary bonus.

• Lead design and development of scalable, resilient distributed systems supporting millions of identities worldwide.
• Own architecture decisions and drive design conversations from whiteboard to production.
• Mentor and empower engineers to raise code quality, performance, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, and Security teams to deliver reliable and secure systems.
• Break down complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion best practices in observability, testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Clara, United States (2–3 days per week).
• 7+ years building large-scale, cloud-based systems and 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core and distributed systems design; Java experience considered if willing to learn .NET.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence architecture decisions.
• Fluency in English (implied by job language).
