Salary: $170,000–$220,000 Gross (base + bonuses)

What you will do

• Architect and govern the AI Landing Zone platform including Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot services.
• Ensure platform security, compliance (FERPA, WCAG/508), and scalability across multiple environments.
• Design integration patterns with core client systems and collaborate on secure data pipelines.
• Evaluate technology options and provide technical guidance for AI use cases and deployments.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management for platform maturity.
• Provide technical leadership, review designs, and coach development teams.

Requirements

• Location: Preferred candidates must be based in New York City or on the East Coast of the USA
• Expertise in cloud and enterprise architecture, especially Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of identity, security, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
• Experience designing scalable AI/cloud platforms and integrating enterprise systems.
• Ability to implement MLOps and CI/CD pipelines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Application Solution Design, Metasonic, Microsoft Azure AI and Machine Learning, and Microsoft Fabric.
