What you will do

• Own telephony integration projects and lead technical execution of VoIP/SIP connectivity for enterprise customers and partners.
• Design reliable call paths balancing latency, reliability, and security.
• Debug complex signaling and media issues using logs and network traces.
• Navigate enterprise constraints including firewall policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with customer engineers and telephony partners to align architectures and improve integration repeatability.
• Build utilities and tools to automate diagnostics and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of professional experience in VoIP/telephony engineering and SIP integrations.
• Strong expertise in SIP-based integrations, call routing, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SIP trunking providers, SBCs, and enterprise PBX/contact center setups.
• Ability to operate in high-responsibility, ambiguous situations and drive issues to resolution.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native experience, especially with Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience building integration tooling in scripting or backend languages.
