What you will do

• Plan and implement features according to specifications, prioritizing tasks and delivering on time.
• Work within standardized technical processes supporting collaboration and consistency.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients, raising questions and seeking guidance early.
• Develop and maintain reusable plugins, shared libraries, and internal tooling.
• Refactor code and fix bugs while working closely with a small delivery team.
• Senior engineers take project leadership, advocate best practices, and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Strong English language skills are essential.
• Experience with modern WordPress, including block themes and the Site Editor.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and/or JavaScript engineering.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Experience debugging code and using debugging tools.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database-driven applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and external service integration.
• Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, npm, and Composer.
• Ability to set up local development environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and their appropriate use.
