What you will do
- Build and deepen relationships with customers, including buyers, influencers, and end users.
- Coordinate onboarding, develop success plans, and drive value realization.
- Analyze usage data to identify challenges and opportunities, mitigating risks proactively.
- Lead customer business reviews and maintain strategic success plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share insights and drive product success.
- Manage renewal conversations and support retention efforts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Toronto, Canada
- 1+ years experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or Account Management in a customer-facing role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer success and ability to work collaboratively.
- Interest in technology and confidence demonstrating products.
- Ability to manage customers proactively and educate them on product usage.
