What you will do

  • Build and deepen relationships with customers, including buyers, influencers, and end users.
  • Coordinate onboarding, develop success plans, and drive value realization.
  • Analyze usage data to identify challenges and opportunities, mitigating risks proactively.
  • Lead customer business reviews and maintain strategic success plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share insights and drive product success.
  • Manage renewal conversations and support retention efforts.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Toronto, Canada
  • 1+ years experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or Account Management in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for customer success and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Interest in technology and confidence demonstrating products.
  • Ability to manage customers proactively and educate them on product usage.
