What you will do

• Independently investigate data quality issues and perform end-to-end root cause analysis for model metric drops.
• Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines for data collection, labeling, validation, and metric computation.
• Establish and monitor data quality standards, consistency checks, and accuracy audits.
• Define and automate model evaluation metrics and reporting aligned with business goals.
• Develop scalable dashboards and monitoring systems to enable data-driven decisions.
• Operate reliable workflow orchestration using tools like Airflow or Prefect.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a data infrastructure role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data investigation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud databases (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Solid statistical foundation regarding rates, distributions, and sampling bias.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Background in mathematics, physics, or engineering.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with big data technologies and infrastructure optimization.
• Experience with ML labeling workflows or data preparation pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud-based data solutions.
