What you will do
- Analyze traffic performance across acquisition channels to surface optimization opportunities and growth drivers.
- Build and improve attribution models, lead scoring frameworks, and traffic quality assessments, including MTA and MMM.
- Measure creative effectiveness through performance analysis and A/B testing insights.
- Lead and mentor a small analytics team (2–3 people), setting priorities and managing development (PDPs).
- Partner with Performance, Product, and Growth teams to align analytics with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in analytics with strong SQL skills (window functions, CTEs).
- 1+ year specifically in marketing analytics focusing on CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion funnels.
- Basic Python proficiency for data cleaning, automation, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven experience in people management, including conducting 1-on-1s and owning team development.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or Yandex Metrika.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Professional background in EdTech or other web product companies.
