What you will do

  • Create, build, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Use customer segmentation and behavioral triggers to deliver personalized communications.
  • Plan and maintain automated customer journeys to drive onboarding, engagement, conversion, and reactivation.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to inform communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and data teams to align messaging with business goals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or client communications.
  • Hands-on experience with email templates, push notifications, in-app messaging, and customer journeys.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for message formatting and customization.
  • Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in behavioral triggers and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
