What you will do

• Take full ownership of the bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core backend systems.
• Improve and modernise the existing Salesforce codebase, and develop new features from scratch.
• Work closely on Sales Cloud implementations, continuously optimise sales processes and automation.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services, working with event-driven architectures.
• Help evolve internal processes and structures, implement best practices in Salesforce development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud.
• Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems, experience with event-driven architectures.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SQL.
• Solid front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
