Location: Hybrid in Germany, onsite in Cologne and Munich, remote in Austria, with onboarding and monthly visits to HQ in Zurich, Switzerland

What you will do
- Own the full implementation journey from client requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions aligned with customer workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges and integrate systems.
- Act as a trusted client partner to maximize automation benefits and product adoption.
- Work with sales to align implementation plans with customer needs.
- Translate client feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria with onboarding and monthly visits to Zurich
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills for native client interaction.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions preferred.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
