TL;DR

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (SAP): Designing and overseeing end-to-end implementation processes for SAP SuccessFactors modules with an accent on architectural integration with SAP S/4HANA and HCM ecosystems. Focus on defining complex solution architectures, coordinating cross-functional module teams, and facilitating stakeholder workshops to ensure project success.

Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely throughout Germany (Hybrid options available at various office locations).

What you will do

  • Act as the central point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture.
  • Analyze diverse client requirements to develop comprehensive end-to-end implementation processes.
  • Define and design integration scenarios with peripheral systems like SAP S/4HANA.
  • Coordinate with module leads and consultants to ensure technical consistency across projects.
  • Present system architectures to stakeholders and build long-term trust in technical solutions.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to empower clients and internal project teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of professional experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong background in solution architecture and integrative system design.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating IT implementation projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills for complex ERP landscapes.
