What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Define integration scenarios with other systems, such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the primary contact for individual module leads regarding integrative scenarios and coordinate them within the overall solution architecture.
• Present the system architecture to different stakeholders, building trust in the solution and its implementation.
• Share expertise in workshops and training sessions to empower customers and project teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities, including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
• Ability to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present them to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
• Strong conceptual skills and enjoyment in solving complex problems.
